AQUA - a fun, low impact, water workout to music, strengthening and toning muscles.
L.B.T - lower body workout including cardio toning, good for weight loss.
EXPRESS WEIGHTED WORKOUT - Fast paced full body weighted workout.
CIRCUITS - a high intensity workout including strength & cardio, improving general fitness.
BODY CONDITIONING - designed to burn calories, tone, and strengthen your body, including a combination of body conditioning exercises alongside cardio movement (for heart fitness). Targeting the whole body, finishing with a core workout.
PARK DRIVE RUNNING CLUB - suitable for all running abilities, sessions including speed & hill intervals.
TOTAL TONE - low impact total body workout, aiming to tone up the whole body, involving a variety of different activities to target legs bums and tums.
ABS & STRETCH - a short 30-minute low intensity ab workout, improving core strength and abdominal endurance followed with static stretching.
AQUA H.I.I.T - a 45-minute class of 45 seconds of high interval training, using foam dumbbells or body weight. Modifications and variations are offered to be inclusive of all abilities!
PARK DRIVE BOOTCAMP - a high intensity workout including strength & cardio, to improve overall fitness levels.
CLARES CHOICE - a mix & match surprise session with a different workout each week chosen by the instructor, including a mixture of cardio & weights.
PILATES & YOGA FLOW - an exercise programme designed to improve posture, strength, flexibility, balance, and general wellbeing.
STRENGTH AND TONE - low impact total body conditioning workout. Includes a blend of body weight and dumbbell exercises, helping to develop strength and stability.
STRETCH AND CORE - a class to strengthen your core, abdominal muscles, back muscles, and your pelvic muscles, finishing off with stretches to help increase flexibility and range of movement.
H.I.I.T - a cardio strength and resistance workout using bodyweight, weights and equipment working the whole body for all abilities.
BODY CONDITIONING/H.I.I.T - a cardio and resistance workout to energetic tunes, toning the whole body.
VINYASA YOGA - a dynamic yoga class with breathing practice, flow of movement, and flexibility work, including stretches for the whole body.
DANCE - incorporating fun choreographed routines to great music, with dance styles from all around the world, from Ballroom to Bollywood - no partner needed!
WEIGHTED WORKOUT - 45 Minute workout designed to help build muscle and gain strength.
YOGA /STRETCH - a full body stretch class, targeting all muscles groups that will unlock tightness across your whole body.
YOGA - is a mind-body practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation. Improves strength, flexibility, balance and posture and supports heart health.

The club reserves the right to alter/cancel classes/instructors at any time, providing advanced notice where possible. For health and safety reasons, latecomers will not be allowed into classes. Those on waiting lists will be allowed into classes if members have not arrived by the start time.
Modifications and variations are offered to be inclusive of all abilities unless the above class states that it is aimed at intermediate levels.
